There is a constant on-going engineering process associated with every part in Motivated Design's product line, and we try to implement them as soon as possible. This page is one you should check periodically to keep up with our innovation. Here is one of them:

Our Panel Lift has gone through major change, recently. Instead of the previous hanging strap deployment concept, we have applied our proven "Guided Rack & Pinion" concept to this lift. You can now lift (or lower) a panel, or your favorite Artwork, to uncover your Plasma TV and speakers, etc. hidden in the wall behind. The system employs rigid, hidden tracks that are totally unseen when in either position. The unit requires only 4" of space over the TV (or under), and just 3 1/2" of depth into the wall. We have also found a very quiet motor to power this product.

We have also added 2 new sizes to our Pop-up lift line. One is a 37" model that accommodates the many 37" LCD TV's available and the few Plasma TV manufacturers that have produced that size. The other is a new 55" size to accommodate that new field of TV sizes. These specifications have been added to our Product specification sheets. The lifts are available for shipment now.
